Selection of manager

machine room
Lock the machine room doors and prohibit access by anyone other than the person in charge. Do not place any obstacles in the vicinity of the machine room or entrance.

Inside machine room
Make sure that snow and rainwater leaks through the windows and other ventilation holes so that the equipment (motor, control panel, etc.) of the machine room will not be affected, and fire extinguishers for electric fire.

platform
Please provide an ashtray in the platform to induce smoking in the elevator. If water enters the inside of the platform, it will affect the normal operation. Please take preventive measures beforehand.

Abnormal check of elevator / escalator

Driver Check

1. Make sure the step and comb are not broken or cracked.
2. Make sure that foreign substances are trapped in the step and comb.
3. Check if step and comb teeth are missing.
4. Check that the connecting part of the skirt guard is shifted.
5. Check whether the gap between the step and the skirt guard is normal.
6. Check hand rail for damage.
7. Make sure that the triangular shield is firmly attached.
8. Make sure that the fall guard railing is solid.

Check during operation

1. During operation, check for noise and vibration different from usual.
2. Check that the speed of the handrail is the same as the speed of the step.
3. Check that the groove of the step and the comb of the comb match exactly.
